Dr. Sebag Lectures at Xinhua Hospital

Dr. Sebag was invited lecturer at the Ophthalmology Department, Xinhua Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China. His lecture on vitreous biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and therapeutics placed special emphasis on vitreous embryology, as the department is renowned for their care of pediatric ophthalmology patients, led by Professor Peiquan Zhao. The lecture was well-received by the clinicians as well as scientists in attendance. Following the lecture, Dr. Sebag presented Professor Zhao with his book on vitreous, which was recently translated into Chinese. The two explored opportunities for future research and clinical care collaborations.
