02 Jul Dr. Sebag lectures at an International Conference at UCLA
The 13th annual meeting of the International Retinal Imaging Society was held at UCLA on Saturday May 16, 2026 at the UCLA Conference Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Sebag moderated the session on Imaging in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery and presented a lecture entitled “Imaging the Entire Human Vitreous – a Quest to See the Invisible”. This lecture was in part was based upon collaborative R & D over the past few years with optical engineers at the Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. The research, which was supported in part by the VMR Research Foundation in Newport Beach, California, was awarded the prize for the best research and presentation at the Ophthalmic Technologies meeting of SPIE in 2025.
